As a reference to the cholesterol levels Dave Feldman talks about at about 5 minutes into the first video and at just after 6:30 into the second video, here are my test results: (this is after getting off all medications including 100 units of insulin a day and being on a ketogenic diet for about 7 months before the 2019 blood draw).

2019.....Cholesterol=190.......Triglyceride=45......HDL=88......LDL calculated=93.........HbA1c=5.7

2017.....Cholesterol=186.......Triglyceride=86......HDL=58......LDL calculated=110.......HbA1c=7.0

I'll do another blood draw in another couple months. Will be interesting to see if my A1c comes down some more. Based on my blood glucose testing, I think it will.
