Note how statistics are used to make them seem more beneficial than they actually are.A 50% improvemnt does not mean much if the rate of incidence is only one in ten thousand. So you save 1.5 lives in ten thousand. Yet it would be reported as "a 50% improvement in outcome". Or even if it were one in one thousand. Who would take a drug for that kind of improvement?
