coast of Maine | When at our winter place in the deep south near Nahunta GA we go to a local butcher in the swamp,Wainrights (maybe spelled wrong) get steaks cut almost off the cow,2 inch rib eyes and cook them on a simple grill and I think they are easier than a thin steak to cook just right,last week their price was 9.95 lb boneless ribeyes,so those 2lb steaks were about 20 $ each .Maybe its the atmosphere or freshness or all in my mind but they are the best we have found east coast wise. | |
