Subject: 75 bucks

Pittsburg, Kansas
For a 2" thick one down here in Bonaire at an upscale place called Patigonia they get 75 bucks for a big rib bone in cowboy steak. Big one fills the plate. Really good. I only had it once on a special occasion but have a freind that gets it regularly. I'm to cheap, but it was great. It was big enough the first time I ever took steak home because I did not eat it all.

If you don't mind it rare to medium rare, just slap it on the grill and char the outsides. Medium or medium rare grill it like that then shut the heat off on the grill and let it set a while. More done than medium you are ruining it.

Lot of fat but eat it all and forgoe the starchy veggies. Some grilled brocolii or asparagus goes well with it for a ketogenic meal.
