I've had ocular migraines since I was in my 20's. Certain medicines can trigger mine or red wine. I went to see a specialist at the hospital and he experiences the same thing. Mine usually last 15-20 minutes, can have slight headache after. Sometimes I can go a year without having one or several a month.
