Subject: RE: Visual migraines.

South Central MN
I get them, they are almost always a precursor to a migraine headache for me. First time I got them I was playing catcher for my high school baseball team. All of a sudden I couldn't catch the ball to save my life. I didn't know what was going on, but the pitches were bouncing off me and the ump. Plus, bad migraines mess with my speech, so I was slurring like I was drunk. Crazy thing was I knew that I wasn't making any sense but couldn't make the words come out right. They pulled me from the game and made me drink several bottles of gatorade.

Mine are almost always set off by being too hot and not staying hydrated. Luckily my migraines have really tailed off as I've gotten older.
