Dad started phasing out which gave me more land and revenue and we started to climb out of the abyss and then the boom years hit. I can't emphasize enough to younger guys that today the game is to do what you have to, to stay a float so you are in the game when things turn better---wish I could tell you when, but I am not that smart. |
