Farming seems to be the anus of it though.
If I’m in the restaurant business and have 4 restaurants that are doing fine and paid for and I bring in a fifth one that’s a loser how long do I keep that around?
To be fair too, I should state it could be from the same generation yet too just they bought it at $1000 ac 40 years ago and now it’s worth $10,000 or whatever.
They are making the payments back to the bank but they aren’t seeing full potential of their investment either most likely.
