Just curious what vitamins or supplements everyone is taking or I should look into. Not getting younger at 40 and want to try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Currently taking CuQ10 since I am on rosuvastatin and it was recommended by my mother who takes the same, curious what others people are taking, why, and most important do you think it is doing its job?
