Valley, NE | I take the plexis pro-biotic (im 35) and have been taking it for about 2 years. It has done more for me than any vitamins. It has stabilized my gut and made things very regular, even with my binge eating and occasional china and pizza buffets mixed in. The biggest side effect of being on these is I haven't gotten sick but once in the last 2.5 years (mild two day flu in 2018). I have attributed this to my body retaining more and better nutrients from my diet having my gut doing a more efficient job.
