West Central IL | I take magnesium citrate and potassium citrate in powder form. I mix it in my tea , (very little if any flavor change). I sip on it all morning then at noon I mix up another for the afternoon. Almost everyone lacks these two nutrients in their diet. My joints no longer hurt, I go through the day felling all loosened up and I sleep Iike a baby at night since starting this routine. Most other nutrients I get enough of from my food. Look up magnesium and potassium deficiency. I get mine from bulk supplements. |
