Subject: Where fat will get you into trouble.....................

Where fat WILL get you into trouble is when you eat it with a carbohydrate load.

Carbohydrates spike insulin. Insulin tells the body to store fat. Eating fat with carbohydrates will cause not only the excess carbs to go to body fat, but also the fat consumed.

If you want to gain weight, eat a fatty steak like a ribeye with a baked potato with butter and a side of corn.

If you want to lose weight eat the fatty ribeye with a side of broccoli with butter on it.........and a side off bacon, LOL.

It is the way I lost a hundred pounds. Check out my story here.

Update to the above, I am down right around 95-100 pounds and have been basically weight stable for the last three months or so. In addition to what was in that story, skin tags went away (does anyone know that skin tags are an indication of insulin resistance? I did not) and I heal up any cut of scrape about twice as fast as I used to.
