NC Iowa | on the inspection part, use the same basic pattern to describe checklist. use terms like 'not broken, cracked, welded'. securely attatched at both ends, no visiable leaks, no excessive wear, ect. avoid general terms like 'looks good', 'looks ok', ect. use the same basic discription for everything . so you don't have a brain fart, and lose your place and forget something.
