Dont shift on a rialroad track or you will be done with your test.......My tester said not to shift on the intersection, but he said he didnt really care if you forgot yourself and shifted on an intersection unless you missed the gear.....if you missed it you were done or deducted points...said it meant you couldnt handle the transmission if you missed the gear so you weren't good enough at it. Also , he told me they had a replaceable stop sign pole at the first intersection of the testing sight. He said it had been hit during testing many times because drivers start out very nervous and forget the wide turn.
Practice your parking/ backing. Mention everything you can think of and know you air brake pretrip stuff. Oh.... If you can, use your own equip[ment so you dont have to deal with your neighbors reapir issues and air leaks/lights and such.
