going on odds aka the reason why to bring an apple to the teacher. she might not think anything of it but there's always that chance and the difference between an a and an b.

if you know how to handle the truck and understand rpms and ground speed etc aka double clutching shouldn't be a problem.
the key is understanding how to control your emotions in an panic situation and so you practice for worst case aka chances are your going to throw a gear aka what do you do. know the different ground speeds for the rpm's because wounce its out its out. say 45mph in a 10 speed aka depending on tranny etc etc but 8 th 0r 9th and start at the bottom of the tach and rev er up.

your showing your best so you hide your weakness and show your strengths aka if double clutching is not your thing aka my leg can still move up and down etc. touch the parts and say{what i would do take with grain salt} this part x appears to be in mechanical working order and basiclay cover the whole truck.

there looking to see if you know what your doing. in otr commercial trucking{for big companys} this is the first step and usaly the big companys will retrain you. but just for someone local or your own its a whole other story.
