Callao Missouri | Gota be quick but here it is. I have faught this thing on an asfault shuttle buggie ( same exsact engine.)
Have him put a 0-50 lb gauge on the DR next to the transfer pump, When the engine DIES it will show 0 psi, when running full speed no load it will show 35-45 psi and under load it will show anyware between 0-35 psi. If that is the case one of the check valves in the fuel filter base is cloged up with stuff. I found a bird fether in mine. Try telling a crew of 10 asfault men bigger than I by a large amout that I cannot figure the problem out, they promptly informed me that I would figure the problem out and quickly or I get to shovel the cold asphalt out.
