Subject: RE: 9750 keeps dieing!!! Help

East Central Ia
I would check to see if its sucking air somewhere. I had a problem like with my semi truck the other day. I have 2 fuel tanks and one is turned off. I must have bumped the shutoff valve with a corn stock turning around in the field just enough to let it breathe. Couldn't tell it was open at all from looking at it. The truck would run ok and then die... checked everything you just mentioned and after it died again i messed around with the fuel hand pump and cracked a line to see what was coming out. It was all frothy so i knew it was sucking air somewhere. So i checked the valve on the tank i thought was shutoff and it was indeed cracked open ever so little. Pumped some more fuel out and after a little bit the frothy fuel gave way to straight fuel and now its running like a champ.

Not sure where it would suck air from on a combine but its worth checking the lines over closely imo
