north central Oklahoma | We got 4.5% on 15 year fixed in '03, when everyone else who moved here with the merger of wifes' company was doing the adjustable, just knowing it was going to come on down. I don't think it did.
Most recent land purchase was 7% though. But I can't complain, owner finance, 10 year term, old landlords, and real easy to get along with. I wanted to put some down, but they didn't want it. Their purpose was at their age, they just wanted a monthly income stream, and this was as easy as anything. | |
