Been thinking the same thing lately! I refinanced last year at 6% but opted for a 10 year note. If I had known things were going to go to hell in a handbasket, I would have chosen a 30 year term. I think things are going to get a lot worse yet before we see some improvement. I feel a 4000 Dow is not out of the question.
