We take boiled eggs in a cooler when we travel. Along with meat sticks (without added sugar) and some individually wrapped cheese sticks, that is often our lunch. If we want a little more variety we slice English cucumbers (have a wrapper, more expensive but less waste and almost no seeds) radishes, prok rinds.
