You probably already know this, but with a bin that big you don't want to keep pulling corn from one side. It could damage the bin.

Hire, rent, or buy a vac.

We had a frozen chunk cover our center sump this winter. Stopped the flow. Went to local new/used steel dealer & bought a 6" pipe x 20' long. I think it was around $100.  Welded a chain on it to pull it back out when ready. Cut one end at an angle. Used a sawzall & cut a 6.25" hole, 95% of the way (in other words, do not cut the metal completely out or you'll have a flood of corn) & left it hang. Used 2 loader & supported the pipe & then pushed it in the bin with a loader tractor. As it pushed that flap made in the door, it pushed the flap into the bin. Probably spilled 1 cup of corn. You can see it in the photo. Shoved the pipe about 15' in the bin before we couldn't push it more with loader.

Coupled up vac & started unloading. It was then faster than a 10" auger. If you aren't going to clean the bin, just leave the pipe there & tape over the end & come back later. After you get all done, you'll need to either repair or replace 1 door panel. Worked great for us.
