Sounds like you are pretty committed to draining thru a sump. I hope someone else has a good trick to help you out, but I'm concerned that if all sumps are plugged there won't be much you can do to get it flowing at this point.

If you are okay with replacing a section of the man door you can mount a grain gate (like in the back of a straight truck) to one of the man door panels and cut a hole for your grain. This way you can at least control the low and replace that section of the door if you want in the future.

On the Bin I saw this done to, I'd guess a round 6" hole flowed about as fast as a 6" auger. So it won't be a small hole if you want any speed. I've heard of some that have left the grain gate on the bin in case they ever needed it again.
