My bet is that if all the sumps are now plugged, even if you were to be able to unplug one of the sump it would likely plug back up with more of the same material that plugged them in the first place.

I know you don't want to hear this but cutting a hole in the door is the thing you will need to do. Then cut a hole on the opposite side of the bin to flow grain out to keep the sidewall pressure somewhat even.

This is all easy for me to say as I have never had to do more that the hole in one side thing. Emptied a 48' dia , 33' tall bin that way this spring. All out the the door till it quit running out the door. The grain was one ring down from the top when the sumps plugged.

My bin guy wasn't too worried about the bin tipping over but he did have concerns of the side I was pulling out of collapsing down. Never happened though.

Good luck. Also I like Ron's method with a pipe and a vac. But do you suppose the clumps would ever plug the intake of that pipe?

Your bin is alot taller than mine, be careful.
