Lincoln County. NC

No experience with sorghum Sudan as a nurse crop but plenty with oats. Sudax would not be something I’d use. Too tall, too competitive. Oats works well if cut in the boot. Hardly ever lodges at that stage.

Edit: Annual rye is interesting.
