kinda funny when corn was $7 row crop guys were bidding up pasture ground and tearing it up to plant corn... now all of sudden that ground can't get planted and they want to sell feed off of it...
A lot of that happened around here too. Salty poorly drained ground or ground that you can barely walk up because it's so steep and now it's all farmed for no return
