Not enough grass if you are trying to grass finish them. I wouldn't worry about grass either. Make sure you have a plan b, for said family members who want(buying or giving it to them) and they don't have the space for them or don't want them any more. Not trying to rain on your plans, but family is funny. (not usually "ha ha" either)
