southern MN
Local Speedy driver won’t make rural deliveries, he wants to drop off at a gas station in town and have you come in and pick it up there if anyone remembers where the package is or hasn’t stolen it by then. What a waste, I don’t deal with companies that use Speedy it’s awful.

FedEx is as bad as others mention, never know what you get, when, or where it will be delivered.

UPS is good folk, know what they are doing, dependable, friendly drivers.

I think it is a local, regional thing, the different companies are only as good as their regional team trains and runs the area. In this back yard ups is well run, Speedy is awful, fedex is marginal.

For some reason I see a DHL truck driving around every once in a while, thought they went out of business a decade ago, donno if someone needs to burn down some remaining equity from the bankruptcy by just driving around or what, never hear of them as a service any more.
