Over two weeks ago I put in an order for a product. This go round it was decided to go through a vendor and not the actual manufacturer to attempt at saving some coin. They actually offered a discount. Got the usual email confirming the order. But never got any follow up emails showing when the items had shipped. The delivery date came and went, but no package ever arrived.

So I contact the company and was promptly informed that my billing and shipping addresses don’t match so the order was cancelled. I don’t see how this company is in business with this policy. We have multiple addresses spread across the ranches. Needless to say, there won’t be any additional orders placed. Rant over!!
