I ordered a $35 part from Northern Tool through amazon this spring. Unknown to me they shipped through Fed Ex. It never arrived at MY house but they marked it down that they did. Reported to amazon who said call Fed Ex, Fed Ex give the run around and I said forget it. Fed Ex will be the downfall of amazon if there ever will be one

I’m with ya.
I don’t understand the fed ex ground situation.

Around here the USPS and UPS folks abide by the laws of the road, are of good standing in the community, wave and smile when they drive by, and are professional in their delivery service. The ups guy even knows my sons birthday...... Hhmmm says daddy bear to momma bear. :)

Fed ex ground rigs drive 70 mph on gravel roads, park on curbs, all their deliveries are covered in dust, and I wonder if their full time job is running a tattoo/piercing parlor....... And their is zero wrong with the look.... it’s the actions behind that subsidizes the stereotype.
