It’s an incremental sale.
Believe it was Former poster ‘TAS’ or ‘SAT’ who equated selling corn to a plate full of cookies.
Idea was to divide your sales into 10 or 20 increments. Cash corn $3.80 and been $3.45 for prior 6 months? I’m feeling hungry, pass the plate and I’ll grab a cookie.
Price goes to $4.00? That’s a heck of a great tasting cookie, I’ll have two more.
Price goes back down to $3.60? I’m kind of full on cookies, that’s kind of a bitter tasting cookie, I can wait for a while until I am hungry again.
And here I always thought Maizing started the cookie concept. |
