Southern Idaho | No backyarditis. My perspective is from Idaho (although it is actually really wet here too) I'm just basing my guess off of the progress last week. This week was definitely wetter overall than last across the corn belt. If we make 15-20 percent improvement on the next report it is because the USDA decided they were too low with the last one and is making up for it.
