| If I would start selling I'd be getting rid of my old crop. I don't know if I'll raise a kernel of corn for 2019. I did walk a couple fields today and it is firming up. With the warm wind and sun if we did miss the rain I might get started in May. But that forecast looks a little grim for those of us who haven't turned a wheel. If corn is planted in Illinois this week the conditions will not be pretty. I'd like to add that when pictures are taken of the corn on July 4th it will be six feet shorter than last year. That isn't a bearish photo. | |
