| Farm ground in Iowa is a terrible investment for return on your money and that's what an investor will look at is return on your money. Do it your self like everyone else does there a plenty of opportunitys that a young farmer can take advantage of. I started farming 8 years ago and bought my first 40 acres and rent another 80 from my mom. I work full time off the farm run one side business and do some other odd jobs and make it work.
