I removed plugs and added couplers to power beyond pressure and tank ports, the load sense I removed plug in top of valve stack labeled LS and inserted disk, stem and fitting to attach hose as required for power beyond installation.

Okay.

Quote "So a year ago installed geosteer and new hydac valve for integrated autosteer on JD 8410. Had to install power beyond on tractor to do this. Problem with that tractor is it auto steers very smooth and like it should as long as no other scv is being used. Moment you lift or lower an implement there is a loud popping sound which is the hydac valve hitting hard because the pressure drops from power beyond when scv is engaged which we verified with a pressure gauge hooked to diagnostic port on hydac valve. We chalked it up as something must be wrong with valve stack but have kept using the tractor."

Not sure what you were monitoring via that diagnostic port. I would check to see what happens in both the purple load sense out line and the blue load sense orbitrol line under various conditions. The Autofarm/AgLeader load sense plumbing is somewhat curious, different than the Trimble and Dakota fluid power valves that I have installed. Typically I would think that the hydac valve would hit hard when something else is engaged because the system pressure is already spooled up from the other function. Did you go through all the hydraulic setup that is listed in the install manual?
