1. Yes I believe my flowmeter has been calibrated or is close anyways. For my raven flowmeter the number was something like 710 pu/gal. I ran the calibration by measuring output from the nozzles and it changed it to 714. I'm not sure about the multiplier though?
2. I tried changing it to bypass and you may be right. I still couldn't get it calibrated though. Now when I change the rate it will go up and down(It is definitely opening and closing the valve somewhat) but it will only stay between around 14-19 gpm. I tried the auto-tuning and it only got so far and then gave me a failure message.
