I think that chart needs an update, I haven't seen my "healthy" weight since Jr high school according to that. lol
Same here. I crossed from "healthy" to "overweight" for 6'0" sometime in my early twenties, and have been around 190 to 200 for the past 10 years.
I've heard that most sports guys are in the "morbidly obese" category on those charts, if that tells you anything. |
