| I can skip breakfast no problem but lunch and supper are different. If I am real busy I can skip lunch too but supper I never miss. Lunch time is anything between 10am and 3pm,supper is 5pm to midnight, depending on schedules and work. I am overweight for my age/height. Dr. would like me to loose some but whose doesn't. He keeps pushing me to eat smaller meals more often than the 2 times a day I normally do. I drink lots of unsweet tea and ice water, up to 2 gal a day. Just hard to change and find time for 5 to 7 meals a day as the Dr. wishes. If it weren't for my weight, I would be in excellent health. | |
