West Texas | Start out with breakfast every morning (without fail). Usually eat a light snack sometime between noon and 1:30. If we're not at home then we'll wait until around 4 and eat a big meal and skip the evening meal. During the winter months, all of our meals are small compared to that which we eat during the spring and summer. I'll run 220 to 225 in the summer and 200 to 210 in the winter. At 6'1", that's still too much. |
