Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Newer Speedqueen does not agitate as aggressively as our old Whirlpool. And that is a problem on very dirty clothes. I have not been terribly impressed with it, but it is very quiet and does not shake the whole house like the Whirlpool on spin cycle.
If clothes are very dirty, I have to run it on the warm water cycle, and the fullest setting for wash and rinse. It has a silly "eco mode" where if the clothes are not dirty you set it for eco and it will only squirt water while it spins to rinse the clothes. (it won't fill the tub to rinse) We do use that cycle some for kids clothes that are not really that dirty. But otherwise, the heavy cycle must be used. And it will use A LOT of water to wash and rinse.
