wht one - 3/20/2019 21:52 We had a Maytag in the past and needed a new machine. We looked at a new Maytag and didn't like the looks of it so we bought a GE. It does a good job on our work clothes and we haven't had any problems with it. I would buy another.
I think they all are crappy due to govt water saver regs. There is some way to "over ride" the water thing on our fairly new GE. I think you hold the deep fill button in till it beeps. Then its a better amount of water. When washing king sized bed sheets, its a two person job to untangle them when going to the drier.
Our GE, we can set how full of water we want the tub and it does it on its own and we don't have an over ride and it doesn't beep.

Correct, you can set the water level, and load size on all top load models.
