East Central SD | I'm just curious about the economics of what you propose? Cow-calf (assuming that's your plan) doesn't actually pencil out in very many locations. Too many people want to do it for a hobby because that is what they love? Sound familiar.
Have you thought about how much you would need to gross to live comfortably? Opportunity costs of your land, time, and money resources?
If you just inherited a bunch of land and want to live our your passion then go right ahead if that is what you want to do but be honest with yourself. | |
