Stratton, Ontario, Canada | Cut it off, throw some sackcrete down the hole. Bet it eventually starts leaking down the road with freeze/thaw temperatures. If the pad is only as big as what is showing, I don't understand the big issue of digging down alongside with a trackhoe and jackhammering around the hydrant in the summer months. Fix it right. 1/2 day job. If that sounds like too much work/hassle, I think you chose the wrong business. |
