| Good response. Treat your help more than fair. Be good to them. That goes along way in my book. But let's not say figures like $50 an hour if we think that comes out to 35k per year. If somebody can justify 50,60,70, 500k a year ,that's great. All I'm saying is I've yet to meet a hired man making $50 an hour. By the time the majority of people are making 100k they are generally salary. I'm not saying everybody so take it easy. Paying somebody's health insurance, housing, gas, truck, and some other money is great. It's just too bad that so many humongous corporations across this country can't seem to find it in their hearts to do that. | |
