I can honestly say if I weren't stuck in a family job, (it's not farming) I would work for that salary and love every minute of it. I didn't grow up on a farm but always wanted to farm. It's been my passion ever since I can remember.
If and when you do hire someone make sure they appreciate what you have and take good care of it.
