You can buy prime rib precooked, all you have to do is heat them up and slice them. We use big electric roaster pans. We do that for our curling club bonspiel every year and it works out well. We figure a pound per person on average and the local meat shop gives us a good price as we buy 4-5 roasts. Costs us around $10 per person for the meat.
