I think John Deere actually says replace at 14”
Some will say, replace at 14.5” preseason because they will be nearly 14” at the end of the season.
A corn and bean planter will wear 1/2” in a season.
We run a corn planter and a bean planter.
So 14.5” openers will last 2 seasons.
