I should have mentioned the tractor is a Kubota M6-131, I looked at the speed chart and the slowest it will go is 0.52 MPH, at the rated RPM's, which I would think ought to be slow enough.


Those tractors are the best on the market right now for low speed gear selection, short of spending the money to get a CVT/IVT. It’s cheap and easy to add creeper gear if you want almost infinite selection of very slow speed gears.
