Maybe I should swap a 1000 rpm shaft onto the 540 blower and idle back a bit............


I had a 7' Schweiss on a 4440. The blower originally had a 1000 rpm yoke on it. I found that dropping to a 540 made it take much less power. The snow didn't fly quite as far, but made a much better rig out of it.
