Are you feeding gravity/flood irrigation with those 4" wells, or center pivots? We mount all of ours on the 8" center point riser pipe. I know you can do a 4" to 6" temporary tube transition, but that obviously takes the easy/simple factor out. The people in the cities/capital are starting to realize how big of a role water plays for us, the bureaucracy and control is coming sadly I fear. The issue is most farmers know more about irrigation/water pumping than some people in the local NRD office, it's what we spend half our life doing it seems like.
