+1 on this. Installation is key to no trouble. I've seen lots of guys skimp on the heat well, and that never ends up good.
If you have a high water table a heat well is a recipe for disaster.
Your water table maximum MUST be lower than your frost line and I think there should be even a couple feet of separation.
Heat wells are wonderful if they work for you but if they don't - - - - ouch! |
